The Plumery will make every effort to deliver orders on the day which they are ordered for, however under these Terms and Conditions The Plumery will not be liable for failure to deliver order on requested day.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, The Plumery may leave the order unattended if it is deemed safe to do so. The Plumery is not liable for any damage or loss that may occur in the event that the order is left unattended.
The customer may be required to pay a $15 redelivery fee if The Plumery are unable to gain access to the property and there is not a suitable safe place to leave the order.
The customer may be required to pay a $15 redelivery fee if an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer and an attempt has been made by The Plumery to deliver the order to that address.
All prices shown and provided by The Plumery are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Information and Privacy
Any information provided to The Plumery will be kept confidential and private unless we have your permission to share it.
By providing your email address to The Plumery, you are agreeing to allow us to email you at any time.
Order Changes, Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
The Plumery expressly reserves the right to cancel and/or refund or exchange, any order placed and/or paid for.
Requests to change orders must be made by customer via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date (e.g. for orders being delivered on Friday, changes must be made by midnight on Wednesday).
Cancellations must be requested by the customer at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be provided, however the customer may be offered store credit at the discretion of The Plumery.
